Client Testimonials
There are people that enter our lives (sometimes at the most unexpected times) that change our entire world. In my case, meeting Michelle Jackson was at the time that my mother was near her last days on this earth. When the recommendation was made to put Mom on Hospice care, the hospital referred us to a couple of different agencies. I firmly believe that the choice to go with the agency Michelle worked for was inspired by divine intervention. Michelle possesses a truly unique combination of compassion and empathy that, I’ve come to learn, has come from many life experiences. She has taken the challenges that have been handed her in life, reaped the lessons from them and uses them to make life better. Michelle exudes positivity and selflessness and empowers those around her to be their best selves. She has what it takes to make any dream a reality. I am very blessed to say that Michelle has gone from being an acquaintance that supported me and my sister through a difficult time to a cherished part of my family.

Michelle Jackson stepped into our lives at a very difficult time. We had to make a choice about bringing our mom home, and letting her live out her last days with us “in her home”, with her cat. As soon as we met Michelle, she made us feel like we were in good hands and put our concerns to rest. She was in contact with us all the way through, keeping us informed and at ease, telling us what we needed to do with changing situations. One night I was concerned about some issues with my mom, and she came out to the house at 10:30pm and stayed with me till after midnight, making things right,…..and making mom and I laugh at a very crazy time. Love her dearly for that. That is just one small example of the love and care she has for people. I truly believe she would go to the ends of the earth to help people,…..it’s just her nature. I think she is truly an instrument for God. To this day, we think of her as a daughter. She has an incredible large heart, and has helped me through the passing of my mom even to this day. Her desire to help other people is infectious, and something she will do for the rest of her life.
